Welcome to my work in progress. A little rough around the edges, but hopefully will educate as well as provide some relief for those also going through the craziness of daily life with Autism. Hope you enjoy it :o)

Cruisin’ Day 6!!!

Wednesday February 26

Docking in Bonaire!

We had nothing planned, but the one thing I wanted to do was find a beach and swim in the ocean! We got up at 9:15, ate breakfast, left the ship about 10:50. We found a water taxi and went out to No Name Island. Walked in the whitest sand, and swam in the bluest waters. It was wonderful. We got back to the main island, and ran into Jim, Cheri, Rob, and Wendy. We all ate lunch at a restaurant that totally overcharged for our stuff. The menu said one thing, but they charged us something else. When we called their attention to it, they grabbed a *different menu behind the counter and showed it to us. We were ticked. We’re never going back there!! 😁

Went back to the boat, did the usual relaxing on the deck before dinner. Speaking of dinner, every single night, the waiters would take ALL of my forks, and by dessert, I’d have none! So I started stashing one in Randy’s shirt pocket as soon as we sat down! This night, a lady at a different table was making napkins hats for everyone sitting near her. Strange, but comical.
